"Kursk milk" marked milk and cottage cheese

"Kursk milk" produces finished milk products since 2005. In the year processed about 280 tons and produced 2.5 million packages of dairy products. We joined the project among the first participants, because we see in it great opportunities for our industry. In addition, products will be protected from fraud and the buyer will be able to see all the information about the product via the mobile application. We also look at the effect of marketing campaigns, which will be possible to run the codes on the packages," - commented General Director of "Kursk milk" Sergey Dvornikov.

"Kursk milk" is a participant of the experiment on the labeling of dairy products from 7 August 2019. The factory was one of the first to appreciate the opportunities that brings to business marking in the fight against counterfeiting and improving the efficiency of sales.

"Beginning in July of this year the experiment is successful. There are over 30 manufacturers of dairy products. Conducted surveys of production sites of the participants to evaluate required changes with the introduction of labeling, in partnership with industry formed the methodical recommendations. We are open for cooperation and encourage producers to register in the experiment in order to test all the necessary processes to start marking", - said the head of commodity group "Milk CRPT" Alexey Sidorov.

Experiment in the marking of dairy products was launched by the Ministry of industry and trade on 15 July 2019 and will last until March 1, 2020. Mandatory labeling of "finished milk" starts June 1, 2020. The operator of the pilot project – Centre for development of advanced technologies that creates a unified system for marking and traceability of goods – an Honest SIGN.
