The Ministry of science and higher education of the Russian Federation issued a permit for the establishment of the joint Council on protection of dissertations on competition of a scientific degree of candidate and the degree of doctor of Sciences on the basis of three institutions: all-Russian state Centre quality and standardization of medicines for animals and feed (fgbi "VGNKI"), Federal research center – all-Russian research Institute of experimental veterinary medicine named after K. I. Skryabin and J. R. Kovalenko of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Moscow state University of food production.
