A Declaration of protest was signed by 279 companies for freight. Only in Lithuania, we have around 4.8 thousand companies, which are engaged in cargo transportation. The carriers argue that the new ratio of taxation will increase the cost of one unit of freight transport in the 288,53 euros. In Lithuania was 48 thousand trucks. So, the total fee will amount to 166 million euros of additional taxes.

During the protest, the convoy of trucks on the slow speed of plans to rally on the Central streets of Vilnius, which paralyzed traffic in the capital of Lithuania.

We will remind, in the same way in Vilnius on 26 November protested the farmers who stopped for a few hours of traffic, drove on the Central street of Vilnius on tractors.
