In this case due to the fact that the heat lingered in the area even in winter, the vegetation is still ongoing.

According to the regional Ministry of agriculture, of the sown area of grain crops - 2 million 700 thousand hectares, winter crops account for 93%.

Today in good and satisfactory condition there are 2 million 440 thousand, in a bad - 91 thousand, not sprouted crops on 180 hectares.
