Money is allocated from Federal and regional budgets under the program "Complex development of rural territories". According to the document, individual entrepreneurs and agricultural producers (excluding private farms) will reimburse 30% of costs for internship and training of students of agricultural universities.

The total amount of funds allocated for reimbursement of expenses, will amount to 2,061 million rubles. Interns must be students enrolled in Federal universities. Payment will be made at the student contracts that farmers enter into with the interns.
