Automatic horizontal type HSA-100 Sachet provides packing and packaging products in rectangular packages Sasha (from the French sachet – pouch) formed from a roll termousazhivaemoy polymer film.

HSA-100 Sachet is designed to work in automatic mode. Modern control system with an intuitive interface that is implemented by using the touch screen, simplifies the setup.

Optionally, depending on how products will work, the machine can be equipped with volumetric, weighing and auger or liquid dispenser.

Due to this, using the HSA-100 Sachet can pack small portions of coffee, sugar, powdered juices, instant drinks, yeast, gelatin, cream, sauces, condiments, candies and other foods.

The new machine is ideal for packaging of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, hygiene products, powdered, or gel-like consistency, and granules.

As a packaging material can be used heat-sealing film of almost all types: Paper/PE, PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, PET/BOPP/PE. The pack sizes can range from 40 to 100 mm in width, and from 40 to 50 mm in length.

Film unwound from a roll, with a stable tension and is fed into the machine. A special device with photo sensor monitors the position of the film and centers it on fotometki. This allows to avoid bias design of future packaging with respect to the transverse weld.

The machine produces longitudinal welding of the film, forming a pocket in which the dispenser is portion of the product. Thereafter, another operation of the transverse weld, which resulted in the pocket with the product sealed.

For packaging of dusty products the machine can be retrofitted with a device for aspiration, which removes dust and mist from the welding zone. Preventing the ingress of small particles of the product on tape for joining seams, this unit ensures the integrity and reliability of the package.

The finished package product is cut off from the rest of the film by means of served in the transport packaging (usually cardboard). Optionally the machine can be equipped with special counting conveyor which allows you to fill in the transport packaging exactly the specified number of packets sachets.

FIRST COMPLETED PROJECT

The first horizontal machine of the type HSA-100 Sachet, was launched successfully at the production site of OOO "Akvamir" for packing of biologically active additives ZOSTERIN-ULTRA (ZOSTERIN-ULTRA). Modern enterosorbent with a wide range of actions helps the body to absorb the costs of disease and medication securely binding and removing toxins, allergens, harmful microbes without affecting beneficial flora and trace elements.

Requirements for the dispensing of such fine powder high. At the dose of 0.5-1 Gy. error in packaging should be minimal, such successful result was obtained during the launch and further operation of new developments TAURAS-FENIX. The machine is very easy to operate and does not require qualified personnel. Manufacturers have taken care of reducing costs and maintenance time through simplification of mechanical components and reducing elements moving parts of equipment which require periodic lubrication. It should be noted also the minimum consumption of electricity: a single element, working through direct connection of the electric power is engaged, heating the film to form joints; all other nodes are working with Pneumatics.
