The training course includes theoretical and practical parts with a total duration of up to 2 calendar months. Graduates will receive the documents of the state sample in the direction of agriculture is required to receive grant support.

The theory includes class attendance on the basis of higher educational institutions in the region that will lead the teachers, and also experts of Rosselkhozbank. Classes focus on learning techniques of profitable farming, improving financial literacy and practical skills in specific areas. In each region selected the most in-demand in the market areas of agriculture in Stavropol region is sheep farming and vegetable growing, in the Novosibirsk region – beef cattle, in the Moscow region – dairy cattle and sheep breeding, and in Bashkortostan and meat cattle – breeding and cheese production.

Practical classes will allow students to personally participate in agribusiness management and adopt best practices of agricultural producers. Their knowledge will share regional representatives of big business, farming ambassadors, opinion leaders with success stories, proven in the region for many years.
