Natalia Smolyarenko has more than 20 years of experience in the industry of agriculture. She graduated from Moscow state automobile and road technical University (MADI) and MBA program, joint project of the Russian Academy of foreign trade (VAVT) and the Government of France. Natalia started her career in the company "Rhone-Poulenc" as a commercial assistant, to perform the duties of the Manager on work with clients and logistics. After the merger of Aventis and Bayer Natalia went to work in the sales Department for the position of Manager for the coordination of sales. For several years Natalia became the head of region of Chernozem region. 2014 Natalia Smolyarenko was the head of the sales Department.

Under her leadership, implemented a project to strengthen the presence of the Crop Science business in the Russian regions, the introduction of client-oriented approach and overall strategy work with key partners.
