Earlier Vice-Premier of Victoria Abramchenko said about the need to help Russian agricultural producers in the involvement of unused land into circulation. "We need to solve a system of reclamation. Kulturtechnik activities — drainage, irrigation, removal of trees and shrubs, which prevents to engage the ground in the back — is the task of the state. Without the help of the farmers at this special program we do not do" — she said, noting that the activities of land reclamation are very expensive.
