First Deputy Minister of agriculture of Russia Dzhambulat Hatuov in his speech stressed that the systematic increase of yield in the Russian crop is achieved, including, due to the increasing use of agricultural equipment until: "Today is a crucial tool for farmers in the battle for the harvest. This work requires high expertise, professionalism and sincere love for his work".

"I am confident that the second time the Competition "Golden wings" will contribute to the development of the industry, promotion of agricultural aviation, it will consolidate its status as a professional platform and attract into its ranks young specialists", - noted in his welcoming speech, first Deputy Minister of transport of the Russian Federation – head of Federal air transport Agency Alexander Neradko.

In addition to the Federal ministries participants of the contest "Golden wings-2020" was welcomed by the Federation Council of the Russian Federation and administration of Krasnodar region, host the event on their land.

In his welcoming speech the first Deputy Chairman of Committee of Federation Council for agrarian and food policy and environmental management Sergey Mitin said: "I am Convinced that the rich program of the Contest "Golden wings-2020" will cause genuine interest of specialists, the excitement of competing and the attention of the media and will strengthen healthy competition, development of scientific and technical cooperation and raise the level of professionalism in the field of aviation chemical works in Russia."

12 Sep 2020 near Krasnodar will take place the II all-Russian competition of professional skill of pilots to the aviation and chemical works "Golden wings-2020", designed to promote professionalism in this field. Applications for participation are accepted by the organizing Committee prior to August 21, inclusive.
