Губернатор Тульской области Алексей Дюмин посетил ТК «Тульский», чтобы оценить масштабы развития инвестиционного проекта, общий бюджет которого составил 7,64 млрд рублей. Первая очередь комплекса, входящего в АПХ «ЭКО-культура», начала работать еще в январе 2020 года. После полного запуска всех строящихся очередей ТК «Тульский» в 2022 году, жителям области будет доступно более 1300 рабочих мест.
