Эксперты IGC в августовском отчете снизили прогноз мирового производства пшеницы на 6 млн т до 782 млн т, что все равно на 9 млн т превысит прошлогодний урожай. Также снижен прогноз мировой торговли до 189 млн т и потребления пшеницы на 3 млн т до 783 млн т, в результате чего конечные запасы сократятся на 2 млн т до 278 млн т, что на 1 млн т превысит прошлогодний уровень.
