Согласно данным экспертов Oil World, мировой экспорт семян льна за первые 4 месяца текущего сезона (август-ноябрь) сократился на 14% в сравнении с прошлогодним уровнем на фоне снижения производства масличной в Канаде и Казахстане.

Уже около года прошло с момента введения Россией пошлин на различные зерновые и масличные культуры. Несмотря на критику данных мер большинством экспертов и недовольство многих участников российского рынка, им, кажется, еще долго придется существовать в данных условиях. При этом периодически заходят разговоры то об изменении принципа расчета пошлин, то об ограничении экспорта новых культур, что держит рынок в постоянном напряжении.

Experts of Oil World in its December report conducted a downward adjustment of forecast of production of flax seed in this season – from 3.01 million tonnes in the previous estimate to 2.87 million tons, but still more than last season (2,66 million tons).

In 2018/19 MG exports of flax have been minimal over the past five seasons – 12.4 thousand tons (-47% compared to 2017/18 MG). The export potential is reduced due to the reduction of the yield of 48.1%, according to analysts at UkrAgroConsult.

Rostov region entered the top-5 regions by the size of the area allotted to the cultivation of flax, and took 4th place for sowing of mustard. It is noteworthy that compared with last year, these crops on the don seriously reduced. According to the expert, development of niche crops is hindered by the lack of planning from the Ministry of agriculture.
