The Governor hopes that China will include the Amur oblast in the register of suppliers of wheat this year, emphasizing that the solution depends only on the Chinese side. In addition, the region intends to supply to other countries of Asia. As explained by Kozlov, the needs of the Amur region in the grain low, therefore farmers prefer to sow soybean, but this will disturb the rotation. Access to foreign market, according to officials, will give them confidence in the marketing that will lead to the increase of grain crops.

Currently, the supply of grain in China are allowed Altai and Krasnoyarsk edges, and also Novosibirsk and Omsk areas. Soy, canola, rice and corn can export to China in Khabarovsk, Primorsky, Zabaikalsky Krai, Amur oblast and Jewish Autonomous oblast.
