The bankruptcy procedure of "Razgulyai" initiated another major Russian agricultural holding Rusagro. The court in October at the request of OOO "Group of companies "Rusagro" introduced "Razgulay" in the observation procedure.

The court approved the bankruptcy Trustee liquidator Igor Sundukov. His report on the course of competitive manufacture is appointed on 23 October 2017.

The court had previously included the debt to "Rusagro" in the amount of about 2.5 billion rubles in the register of creditors of "Razgulyai". In addition, the register included the arrears of taxes in the amount of approximately 5.9 million rubles.
