The Governor of the Ulyanovsk region Sergey Morozov has disposed to establish a regional reserve Fund of grain, the press service of the regional government.
In the regional Ministry of agriculture said that only in the reserve Fund will be laid 19 thousand tons of wheat and 10 thousand tons of rye. They added that "these figures are not final. We are expecting a good grain harvest, and, most likely, the volume of the Fund will be increased."
