North Ossetia to produce biofuel from rapeseed
However, it is necessary to increase cultivated areas for this purpose, to adapt factory equipment and - first of all - to prepare legislative base.

  • Deputies of North Ossetia consider creation of biofuel from rapeseed production possible in the republic.
  • The initiative to make the amendment to the federal law on use of alternative types of fuel has been already sent to the State Duma.
  • When using fuel from rapeseed emissions in the atmosphere considerably decrease, ecologists say.
  • It isn't necessary to adjust motors for use of new generation diesel. Besides, there are also capacities in the republic, easy to convert when necessary.
