Yakutia to upgrade agro-industrial complex
Complete upgrading of agro-industrial complex, competent marketing and political management in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) will allow to overcome negative tendencies which weaken region agriculture last twenty years.

In 2012 the republic launched the third state program "Development of Agriculture and
Regulation of Markets of Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Food in
2012/2016".
The state program implies complete agro-industrial complex upgrading. Annually the share of
capital expenses in the total amount of financing will grow from 20% in 2012 to
26% by 2016. Money will go on construction of new production objects,
development of agricultural infrastructure.
Considerable means of the state program will go on support and development of dairy branch. More
than 1,6 billion rubles were allocated on these purposes in 2012 and over 2,5
billion – in 2013.
