The growers of the Saratov region has collected 1.2 million tons of grain, said the Deputy Chairman of the regional government Alexander Soloviev, opening the meeting in the framework of the rural forum "field Day".

"In four districts of the Saratov region has managed to collect more than 100 thousand tons of harvest. This, of course, slightly less than last year, but still a good result. We expect that the harvest this year will completely cover the needs of the population of the Saratov region and in the grain, and fruit and vegetable products", — said Solovyov.
