In addition, according to the reporter, is expected to harvest in 384,7 tons of vegetables, among which 70,8 thousand tons of cabbage, 65,3 thousand tons of tomatoes and cucumbers, as well as 129,5 thousand tons of crops.

"Harvested area of potatoes in the region accounted for 25.1 thousand hectares, vegetables - 20 thousand ha. To date, the vegetables and the potatoes harvested from 9 and 18.6 thousand thousand hectares respectively", - said the Deputy Minister.

Androva noted that in the Saratov region 26 farmers have existing storage facilities that can accommodate 73 thousand tons of products. In addition, in 2015 it is planned to Commission another 2 objects with the volume of simultaneous storage of 6.6 thousand tons.
