According to him, all farmers submitted business plans for the development of their farms. The land is allocated free of charge, if it will be used by the farmers for five years, then later go into perpetuity.

These sections of farmers plan to increase the livestock population. The land is needed for grazing animals and fodder for them. Also land is used for growing vegetables.

As previously reported, the government of the Russian Federation supported the proposal of the Deputy Prime Minister, Plenipotentiary representative of the President in far Eastern Federal district Yuri Trutnev on free allocation in the far East everyone 1 ha of land for business, farming, forestry and hunting.
