According to him, the first Kalmyk retailer will give impetus to the branding of ecologically pure meat of the Kalmyk breed of cattle.

Assortment of the meat boutique includes a restaurant and café, will be the Kalmyk marbled beef, lamb, traditionally in high demand on the Russian market.

The founder of the boutique is LLC "management company Eco-Mit". In the "Shepherd house" will be supplied, including the production opened in 2014, meat-processing complex in S. Umantseva Sarpinskiy district of the municipality of Kalmykia.
