The Volga sold 98.5% of the grain and proved to be tenacious only by position grade 4 (auction was cancelled). On one of the auctions for 3rd grade grain was sold at a minimum discount of $ 100.
And even the North Caucasus has sold almost 98% of wheat class 4 and 5, but without discount.
