Belarus will help Sakhalin enterprises to develop the production of dairy products that are in high demand in the food market of the Russian Federation. This was announced by the Minister of agriculture and food of Belarus Leonid Hare, who arrived in the delegation on the Sakhalin land.

The purpose of the visit is to help in the economic development of the agroindustrial complex, construction of infrastructure, roads, housing, agricultural towns, etc.

At the ramp guests met first Vice-Governor of the Sakhalin region Alexander sod and the head of the regional Ministry of agriculture Inna Pavlenko. They were received cordially with a loaf, caviar, singing and playing the balalaika in the performance of island beauties.

The Belarusian Minister stressed that his visit to Sakhalin will be a short but productive.

"We came to carefully consider all questions connected with the organization of those industries that are currently in the island region just beginning to emerge, in particular, stock-breeding and plant growing, - said the Hare. - In addition, we will continue to provide methodological support to individual positions that are sufficiently well developed in the Republic of Belarus. You need to Sakhalin region could go to some of the indicators in the plan for the construction of agro-towns, infrastructure, agriculture and other areas".
 

The Belarusian delegation plans to visit the Sakhalin producers of meat and milk for the possible organization of a joint venture to supply in the region of Belarusian dried milk. You will also study the proposal on the use of Belarusian technologies in the production of dairy products on Sakhalin island.

"In addition we are planning to discuss deliveries of Belarusian meat processing plants on the island. We want to offer to the consumer of the Sakhalin quality products made in Belarus", - summed up the Hare.
 

We will remind that quite recently the Governor of the Sakhalin region Oleg Kozhemyako visited the Republic of Belarus, with the authorities which signed the agreement about trading-economic, scientifically-technical and cultural cooperation. The Belarusian delegation arrived in the island region with a return visit.
