From 19 to 21 September in Stavropol in the exhibition center "Stavropol" will be the fifth bread Festival in the South of Russia, which will gather companies of Stavropol, Kuban, Crimea, North Ossetia-Alania and Astrakhan.

"The program of the festival included seminars, public lectures, round tables, master classes by leading representatives of Russian industry, the European experts", – told the press service of the Governor of the province.

The first event of the festival will be a forum "the Bakery the South of Russia", the subject of which will be industry trends and prospects of import substitution in Russia, innovative technologies in breadmaking, improving the competitiveness of Russian enterprises in the industry in today's competition. It is planned that the forum will be attended by the representatives of the relevant Federal and regional structures of the Russian government, state Duma Committee on agrarian issues, a major Russian retail chains and companies.

Participants of the forum will be about three thousand representatives from industry and government officials. For them to be held 30 master classes and will work 10 expert sites.
