The event has allowed to establish that between the enterprise and government customer concluded a contract for supply of meat without a bone in the framework of the defense order. Despite the clearly defined terms and characteristics of the product, "Masteryscore" performed their duties with their violations. The fault of the manufacturer have been violated delivery timeframe and the quality of the product did not meet are indicated in the contract requirements.

After the inspection, the district Prosecutor's office initiated administrative proceedings against the Director of the company Maxim Mitelman under part 1 of article 14.55 of the administrative code "violation of the official head by the conditions of the state contract under the state defense order regarding the quantity, quality, completeness of supplied goods, the quality of performed works, rendered services, terms of delivery of goods."

The Prosecutor's office brought representation with the requirement to eliminate violations of the law, fined the head of "Mastclimbers" on 30 thousand roubles.
