Agriculture in Israel is one of the most advanced in the world. The first area of cooperation could be the breeding cows of the Israeli breeding on Sakhalin. Perhaps the creation of a centre for growing broiler chickens.

For the construction of greenhouses the Israelis propose to use polymeric materials. This technology will help to lower the cost of growing vegetables. Another project relates to the construction of the island-the wholesale and logistic center that will store the products from local farmers and commercial enterprises, the press service of the Sakhalin government.

The Governor of the Sakhalin and Kuril Islands explained:

"Today in the Russian Federation noted the lack of quality breeding stock to dairy farming, poultry, pig. Therefore we collaborate with an Israeli company to create here on Sakhalin network of tribal organizations."
