The government of Orel region has approved the "Order of funding for the grant support of agricultural consumer cooperatives".

As follows from the document, the state support will be given to the participants of the regional program of development of agriculture and regulation of agricultural markets. Its effect will last until 2020. Budgetary grants on a competitive basis will provide for the development of material and technical base of agricultural consumer cooperatives. Their purpose is strictly target.

In particular, the grants will provide for the construction and modernization of facilities for preparation, storage and processing of farm animals, poultry, fish, milk, meat, potatoes, mushrooms, vegetables, fruits and berries, including wild. Funds are also allowed to spend for purchase of special vehicles and production equipment, including installations for the cooling of mushrooms, fruits and berries.

The maximum size of the grant for a cooperative is 70 million rubles. However, the value of budget support will vary. Under the terms, the amount of the grant shall not exceed 60 percent of the scheduled business plan costs. To qualify for financial assistance can only cooperatives registered in the territory of the Oryol region. By the way, the contest winners must agree to create at least six permanent jobs for every 10 million roubles of a grant.
