JSC "Industrial" plans to build new greenhouses for growing vegetables, said yesterday Vice-Governor of Altay territory Nikolay Chinjakov.

"We're talking about the volume of investment from 600 million to 700 million rubles",— he said.

Thus the Vice-the Governor said that the project development is at an early stage, "although overall the project is interesting, because vegetables, especially fresh, in the region is insufficient".

According to Mr. Chinyakova, Department of economy and investments of edge, together with the Department of agriculture will conduct a marketing analysis of the market and help to advise the specialists of "Industrial" for the development of a business plan. JSC "Industrial" is the largest vegetable farms of the Altai region, produces more than 90% of vegetables grown in the province in greenhouses.

According to the company, currently the size of protected soil is 25.65 ha. According to the data on the affiliated persons as of 31 December 2015, 100% of shares belong to OJSC Altai territory. According to statements of the "Industrial", in 2014 it was sold 9,18 kt vegetables, revenues amounted to 637,26 million rubles, and net profit of 30.48 million rubles.
