The Minister of agriculture of Yakutia Alexander Artemyev removed from office by results of check the Prosecutor of the Republic, revealed the fact of illegal obtaining of diplomas of higher education. This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor of Yakutia.

"In 2000, he is in violation of the law on education was enrolled on the 4th year of the correspondence Department of the economic faculty of the Federal state budget educational institution of higher professional education "Yakutsk State agricultural Academy", specialty "accounting and audit" of Irkutsk state Academy of agriculture. Thus, at the time of transfer, the student of Irkutsk agricultural Academy was not since 1994 and had no right to recovery for training due to the expiration of the statutory period of five years", - stated in a press release.
 

According to the Prosecutor General during the period of study Artemiev "in Yakutsk agricultural Academy were issued illegal orders to his enrollment at 4 year and transfer immediately to the 6 year of the faculty "Economics and accounting", as well as crediting of agro-technological faculty, speciality "agronomics" for the 5th year and admission to submission of thesis."

The head of Yakutia Yegor Borisov signed Executive order releasing Artemiev from the post he has held since October 2014.
