Producers in Stavropol Krai implement 48 investment projects in agricultural sphere of the region with a total value of over 70 billion rubles, reports the press service of the regional Ministry of agriculture.

Thus, says the Ministry, 25 of these investment projects implemented in the framework of import substitution.

So, according to a press release, last year in the region was completed eight investment projects of more than 5.3 billion rubles, created 539 jobs; this year it is planned to complete six investment projects by 18.2 billion roubles, which would employ 800 more people in the region.

According to the press service of 5 billion roubles of state support at the moment is actually disbursed 2.7 billion rubles, which is 55%.

The Ministry of agriculture of the region began paying the tab and care work in fruit plantations, as well as subsidies for elite seed production.

Earlier it was reported that large farms of the agroindustrial complex of the Stavropol implement 34 investment projects worth more than 60 billion rubles and plans to complete them by 2018, which will reduce the dependence of the region on imports, including beef, milk, fruits, grapes.
