The Ministry of agriculture has denied the message on creation of Fund of food aid for the poor Russians, which will be formed through voluntary donations. It is reported by radio station "Kommersant FM".

However, the press Secretary of the Ministry of agriculture Ian Perepechaev noted that the office was considering the establishment of a mechanism that would allow to attract extra-budgetary funds for the program of domestic food aid.

"We are in the last few years, together with the regions are implementing pilot projects on domestic food aid. These projects were implemented in five regions, has shown its effectiveness. But due to the fact that the Federal budget funds for financing this program at the level of the whole country is not provided, the Ministry of agriculture is considering such opportunities for funding by extra-budgetary sources", — said Perepechaev.

At the same Perepechaev stressed that while specific decisions on the issue of extra-budgetary sources in the Ministry of agriculture for public discussion can not endure.

Earlier it was reportedthat the Ministry of agriculture proposes to create a Fund of food aid for the poor Russians, which will be formed through voluntary donations.

At the same time a member of the Federation Council Vladimir Poletaev has proposed to exempt from income tax (personal income tax) to those citizens whose income does not exceed the amount of the minimum wage.
