Production of the enterprises included in the list, are withdrawn from circulation, and the materials of checks are transferred in law enforcement bodies.
The Agency draws the attention of consumers that upon detection of products of these manufacturers in the sale should report that fact to the local Department of Rospotrebnadzor.
In General, according to the Agency, 342 enterprises in 61 regions of the country engaged in the production of counterfeit goods, including it products, consumer quality of which do not meet the standards. In the I quarter of 2016 at the request of the CPS removed from sale 26,4 tons of milk and dairy products. The total amount of fines amounted to about 27.5 million rubles.
