Russian Association of agricultural machinery manufacturers "Rosagromash" came to the conclusion that the funds allocated to subsidize the industry trends, is not enough. In this regard, enterprises of agricultural machinery I propose to provide in the State program of development of agriculture until 2020, the allocation to this area every year 15 billion.

According to industry enterprises, the amount of subsidy for already concluded contracts on delivery of agricultural machinery in the framework of Government resolution No. 1432 almost reached 13 billion rubles. By the end of 2016, this figure could rise to 15 billion rubles. Thus, funds allocated for program funding in 2015, and is slightly more than 9.6 billion rubles, will not be enough.

Agricultural producers pay attention to the fact that subsidising the purchases of equipment under the Resolution No. 1432 stimulates the development of agricultural machine-building industry. President of "Rosagromash" Konstantin Babkin said that the agricultural production is on the rise. Thus, the volume of production of four-wheel drive tractors in the last year has doubled, and in January-April of 2016 and by another 72%.
