In Primorye will launch first in Russia the production of soy milk with bifidobacteria. Production is planned to establish in autumn, the press service of the regional administration.

The project implements dairy plant "New time". According to the Director of the company Andrei Bucilina, soy milk and soy weight will be made from Primorsko protein soy, a contract to supply has already been signed. Then soy milk will skachivaetsya bifidobacteria. This product is lactose-free, so it will be able to use people who suffer from hypolactasia (lactose intolerance).

Today "New time" has its own livestock farm, engaged in raising cattle and manufacturing of dairy products. In particular, the company produces milk, dairy products and dietary supplements. According to the chief technologist, the company has developed a wide range of products for the restoration of microflora of the stomach and intestines. In municipal contracts it comes to medical and health institutions, schools and kindergartens of the region.
