LLC "Bryansk cheese" has won the auction for the sale of a stake in the agro-town "Moscow" (pochepskaya district), reports "Interfax" with reference to information of the website of the regional Department of property relations.
The package 240 out of 406 thousand shares of JSC "Agro "in Moscow" (57,32% of the share capital) was sold for 23 million 69 thousand rubles. The initial package price was $ 40 million 624 thousand rubles.
In the ownership of the agro-town is the land area of 707 ha, 9 farms, two Serezha, one granary and other premises with a total area of over 21 thousand square meters.
Earlier it was reported that the regional stake in the agro-town "Moscow" was put on sale in August last year and June this year, but the auctions were declared invalid due to lack of applications.
