"We have already agreed with the Agency on mortgage lending that will make the most favorable rates," - said Yuri Trutnev journalists on Friday in Vladivostok at the meeting on the implementation of the pilot project of the law on "far hectare".

He added that a separate type of assistance is available to owners of "far Eastern hectare wishing to build housing as part of group applications.

"When people submit a General application for the construction of houses, when they want to build something, then we will try to find ways to help with the infrastructure", - said Deputy Prime Minister.

In addition, he recalled that the authorities have the opportunity to help people on the site will be engaged in agriculture, and entrepreneurial activities.

The first stage of granting land plots in the far East started on June 1. In the initial phase, the plots will be allocated only to residents of the relevant regions of the far Eastern Federal district and only in some pilot municipalities.
