Thus the Russian leader has responded to the story of the Minister of agriculture of Alexander Tkachev, about the problems that have arisen because of the cuts in the financing industry.
According to TASS, the meeting on development of agriculture in the Nonchernozem regions Tkachev noted that at the beginning of the year, the Ministry began issuing grants for projects, hoping that the budget will be allocated to the 237 billion rubles. But later this amount was reduced to 215 billion.
- As always, there is never enough money. The question is to them to spend rationally. Now there are rules that encourage economic actors to act inefficiently from the point of view of achieving the ultimate result, - said the head of state.
