A new industrial complex for Turkey meat production with a value of 1.25 billion rubles was opened in the Lipetsk region, told RIA Novosti on Monday the representative a press-services of regional administration.

The designed capacity of the new complex is planned for 2017. By this time, the company will create 120 jobs. It is planned that the volume of production by 2020 due to further expansion of the company will amount to nine thousand tons per year. The number of jobs will be increased to 210.

Implementation of the program of import substitution is one of the main tasks in the work of the regional authorities. In agriculture alone accounts for 27 of import-substituting projects.
