Production capacity is currently only 10 tons of cheese per month, but by the end of the year the entrepreneurs expect to achieve the performance in 100 m

Cheese is produced exclusively from domestic raw materials and technology used in the plant made by the Russian manufacturers, which greatly reduces the cost of the finished product.

Investments in the project amounted to 20 million rubles. Product delivery will be carried out mainly in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and to the South of Russia, as Tatarstan is no "cheese" culture."
