Just over 200 professionals, including chief engineers of regional offices of the agriculture engineers of machine and tractor fleet head of the Central repair shops and farms took part in the regional meeting.

Zam. head of engineering-technical policy of the Ministry of agriculture and processing industry Alexander Abolmasov told about the state of machine and tractor Park of the region:

"Despite the process of upgrading agricultural equipment, today in the region still remain 17.1 thousand tractors with service life of more than 10 years, accounting for 60% of the total. The share of combine harvesters, with the same life – 2,8 thousand cars (43%). Also steadily increasing the number of imported machinery with long service life that requires in-depth maintenance."

A. Almazov announced the order of the Ministry "On the organization of repair and timely preparation of agricultural machinery for spring field works 2017" on 15 September 2016, which determines the amount of repair work on the main types of equipment. In particular in Q4 2016 and Q1 of 2017, it is planned to repair about 20,000 units. He stressed that today is a very important role of service businesses in maintaining high availability of the tractor fleet, and it will only increase. Their experience of organizing and conducting the repairs on agricultural enterprises was shared by the representatives of the districts and farms of the region, the service companies and the CLAAS, in particular, the expert of the company told me how to store farm machinery in the winter time.

At the end of the meeting, the ceremony of awarding the winners of regional review-competition on preparation of agricultural machinery for spring field works in 2016. Official dealer of CLAAS, OOO "the World Technics – Kuban" became the winner in nomination "Best service center".

During the meeting there was an excursion during which the participants got acquainted with the full cycle of production of updated models of combines TUCANO 450. Currently, most of the key components TUCANO manufactured in Russia at the factory and are purchased from Russian suppliers. On September 22 of this year, the Ministry of industry and trade in official letter confirmed that the harvesters ТUCANO, produced by LLC "KLAAS", formalized the status of "made in Russia".

Soon, the plant expects to obtain a positive opinion on the compliance of Government Resolution No. 1432 (granting subsidies to producers of agricultural machinery), which will allow him to offer harvesters CLAAS TUCANO attractive for Russian farmers conditions.
