If the construction will begin in mid-2017, by the end of 2018, the plant will begin work, according to the Agency RBC. The company is looking for the possibility of financing the project. Means "Agroeko" in the framework of state may provide "Fund of development of monotowns", said the Director General of the organization Ilya Krivogov. The Fund is ready to either invest for co-financing up to 95% of the cost of infrastructure production, or give the holding company a loan of 1 billion rubles under 5% annual for the term up to eight years.

In early 2016 a subsidiary of the group - OOO "APK Agroeko" – leased the 23 plots at the Pavlovsk district. Five plots with a total area of about 125.4 hectares in elizavetovsky village settlement, and 18 plots with an area of 817 hectares near granite quarry. The land the company received in the competition conducted by the territorial Fund of state property.

In 2015, the company commenced construction of the third phase of pork production in the East of the Voronezh region. It is planned to build six pig farms with capacity of 8 thousand tons of pork a year each, selective-genetic center for 380 animals and artificial insemination stations. The cost of the project amounted to 12.8 billion rubles. The holding expects to increase the annual capacity of all enterprises of the group of up to 150 thousand tons of pork in live weight or 1.2 million head. Share "Agroeko" in the production of pork in Voronezh region is 65%.

Breeding and genetic center of a group worth 2 billion rubles was opened in Buturlinovsky district on November 17. Capacity of the complex should be 1.5 thousand breeding boars, 3.5 thousand pure-bred breeding pigs and 15 thousand hybrid pigs per year. Simultaneously, it may contain a 35 thousand heads.
