The project will be implemented until 2019. It involves the construction of a greenhouse complex of the fifth generation with a special system of microclimate maintenance. The object is to serve 60 hectares of greenhouses and will allow to receive annually up to 40 000 tons of cucumbers, tomatoes and other vegetables.

In the near future will be built on 5 ha of greenhouses, then the area plan to increase 2-3 times. According to Seminihina, the project will become one of the largest in the area and in Lipetsk region as a whole.

Today similar projects are implemented in the Dankov district, where built last greenhouse plant, and Krasninskiy and Usman.
