According to Dmitry Medvedev, despite the benefits to Russian agriculture sanctions, they cannot be called normal.

"For us, the sanctions have created a new situation which we have used, but in General are an anomaly", — said the Head of the Government of the Russian Federation in the course of the program.

"We now have food security for a large number of headings. I am sure that in coming years we are 100% close our requirements", — said Dmitry Medvedev.

According to the Chairman of the Government, many farmers are requested not to cancel the contractee.
