The FAS suspected the enterprise of group "Cherkizovo" in unfair competition. We are talking about meat products for baking. Employees of the Antimonopoly service establishedthat the packaging for this product Cherkizovsky enterprise "similar to the point of confusion" with a wrap of chilled pork company "Miratorg".

The case is scheduled for January 25, 2017.

We will remind that earlier "Miratorg" accused "Cherkizovo" to copy the packaging. Investigation FAS beginning after treatment in the service of "Miratorg". In October the expert meeting of the regulator came to the conclusion that given in the complaint the claim is warranted.
