The exhibition "agro" is one of the biggest events of agricultural industry of the Orenburg region, annually unites on the platform of the agribusiness companies, farmers, manufacturers of agricultural machinery, equipment for livestock and crop production. The project is very popular among manufacturers and suppliers, as well as professionals working in the agricultural industry.

Priority directions of development of agroindustrial complex of the region are a further development of livestock and crop production; technical and technological modernisation; support for small farms; sustainable development of rural territories, strengthening food security in the region.

The aim of the exhibition is to demonstrate achievements in the field of scientific, logistical and information support of agriculture, mechanisms for the implementation of the program of development of agrarian sector.

Established over 15 years, the tradition, the combination of the exhibition and business program events, allows the exhibition "agro" to provide exhibitors and visitors ample opportunities for business networking, finding partners and cooperation organization.

Seminars, conferences, round tables prepared in collaboration with managers and specialists of the Ministry of agriculture, food and processing industry of the Orenburg region, specialists of the branch unions and associations, leading scientists.

In 2015 in the exhibition "agro" was attended by 85 companies from across the country. More than 7,000 visitors, most of whom were specialists, chief engineers, agronomists, livestock specialists, farm managers, farmers – concerned target audience. All of them confirmed that the samples of agricultural machinery, plant protection means, fertilizers, feed additives, seeds presented by the exhibitors of AGRO-15, given a choice and hope for high yields.
