"Funds for the establishment of agricultural cooperatives in the amount of 50 million rubles will be allocated from the Federal budget. The country has a potential for further development of small forms of managing in agriculture, and the creation of cooperatives will contribute to their growth and, therefore, employment of the rural population", – said the Agency representative of the Ministry of agriculture of Karachay-Cherkessia.

He stressed that agricultural cooperatives, creating a kind of logistics centres can organise primary processing of products, packaging and compete with large producers.
