Former CEO of the Russian division of the retail network Globus (Germany) Johannes Tholey, when he left his post in the company, decided to take up cheese making.

This company is registered in the Ryazan region, Tholey owns in it a share of 50% (using the "rune-center"). As the publication said the businessman, "Goldanskii food" will produce premium Italian cheeses cachette and some other hard European cheeses.

The Ryazan area is planned to equip with the involvement of dairies Hirztaler (Germany), the exclusive supplier of Globus. At the first stage it is planned to annually produce up to 25 tons of cheese that can compete with Swiss cheese. Start of production planned for next year. It is also noted that the raw material will be procured from local farmers.
