This was announced by Deputy Minister of agriculture and food of the Moscow region Igor Zharov. The discussion revolved around the question of whether to build new buildings or to reconstruct cattle-breeding complexes remaining in the region since Soviet times.

"In order to build, you have 18 months and to remodel, you need six months," — said Igor Zharov.

Experts note: if you select the first option, the cost of one scotomata will reach 800-900 thousand rubles, the second – 170-280 thousand rubles.
