Film Studio "Soyuzmultfilm" filed in the Moscow Arbitration court five claims to retailers, ZAO "th "Perekrestok", "Seventh continent" and JSC "Vegat Plus" for the recovery of a total of 2.5 million rubles, it follows from the filing of arbitration cases.

To "TD "Crossroads" the film Studio has filed two lawsuits, "the Seventh continent" is one, another two claims filed to the company "Vegat Plus". The amount of the claim in each claim is 500 thousand rubles, and a third person are specified, OOO "Altervest XXI Vek", which is a manufacturer of ice cream "Prostokvashino Village".

Claims not yet accepted for production, also not disclosed and the grounds of the claim.

Earlier Rospatent according to the Studio canceled the registration of five trademarks "Altervista" with the characters of the cartoon "Buttermilk", exclusive rights to which belong to the "Soyuzmultfilm".

In turn, LLC "Altervest XXI century" reported that the use of trademarks on the basis of contracts concluded with the author of a literary work "Uncle Fyodor, dog and cat" by Eduard Uspensky and others, and the characters themselves were developed by Latvian company "Diena pirms Janu nakts".
